Third-grade reading is one of the most significant predictors of life outcomes. Give804 brings Richmond together around a bold vision: 100% of RPS students reading proficiently by the end of third grade and experiencing the joy and power of reading every day.

From August 4–31, families, neighbors, businesses, alumni, and community partners can help build a city of strong, joyful readers by investing in literacy, volunteering as Reading Buddies, donating books, and spreading the word.
