Thriving Talent

Greater Love of Teaching → Greater Instruction → Great Outcomes

Thriving schools depend on stability, skill, and commitment in the classroom. The Richmond Ed Fund supports strategies that strengthen the teaching workforce, such as innovative compensation models, leadership development, and recognition. We work to address gaps that traditional funding can’t reach, helping ensure students experience high-quality instruction year after year.

Why This Matters

An investment in our educators translates to better outcomes for students.

Key Indicator

Increased retention of highly effective teachers and principals in priority schools.
